Kristi graduated from The Ohio State University in 1999 with a BS in education and has been living in Arizona since 2001. Having been involved in over 25 successful real estate sales transactions in the last 2 years, Kristi’s clients find it is her ability to clarify any real estate question and assist them through the transaction with diligence and tact that makes her so valuable.

With over 12 years of retail sales and management experience and an extensive customer service background, Kristi finds working one on one with her Real Estate clients is a natural fit. She is delighted to be a part of the ScottsdaleParadise.com Team and truly enjoys working with her clients to guide them successfully through the entire home buying process!

Kristi loves living in Scottsdale, and takes advantage of the shopping and restaurants on a regular basis. Her husband Brian and her love hiking, swimming, and watching sports... especially college football & March Madness basketball. Look for her to be at this years Fiesta Bowl, the Superbowl, the TPC golf tournament, and Spring Training!

MICHAEL MARCHESE

Michael Marchese sold his company Investment Realty Advisors, LLC to BuyerTours Realty, LLC in 2008 and stayed on as Designated Broker.   Michael's investment experience was to focus on the acquisition of distressed single and multifamily investment properties for renting, 1031's, and flipping in Scottsdale, AZ.  In addition to his Designated Broker duties, he actively works with clients to assist them in finding the best property for both their personal and investment interests. 

 

Michael is married with children and lives in Scottsdale, AZ.  He started his career with a local Fortune 500 company, and spent four years as a Senior Financial Analyst and Controller. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting at the University of New Mexico – Anderson School of Management, he went on to obtain his Master's of Business Administration degree. 

 

In addition to Real estate, Michael operates his own Executive Recruiting firm specializing in the placement of C level candidates.  He has been quoted on ResumeDoctor.Com and serves as an expert resource for firms requiring consulting services regarding staffing issues or investment realty.

BRANDT ERWAY

Brandt Erway originally hails from Albany, NY where after graduating from Penn State University he began working within the local Lending & Title industry.  After enjoying some success in starting a small Business in Maryland, Brandt began falling in love with the Real Estate business. It was a few personal investments in Arizona that brought him out to the Desert where he quickly got his AZ sales license and began buying up investment property.

 

After working on his own for a year, Brandt realized he wanted to be a part of a team when he found the PhoenixPowerSearch.Com Team. Recognizing the Teams huge internet presence, innovative training style and family atmosphere, combined with Brandt's Gregarious Personality & Strong Negotiation Skills was a match made in heaven. After 6 months on the team, Brandt has fast become a top agent, both on the team and within the Keller Williams Realty Platinum Biltmore office.

 

It  his ability to listen to the client, assisting them identifying the ideal property and then consistently getting his clients the best deal possible makes that which makes him a valuable asset on the team.

SCOTT STONE

Scott Stone hails from Chicago Illinois, a diverse and dynamic real estate market. The son of a successful real estate broker, he found that real estate was in his blood. Inspired to become a world class real estate agent, he dedicated himself to learning all of the aspects of real estate attending Northwestern University. After college he immersed himself in real estate working at several prestigious firms in Chicago before relocating to Scottsdale Arizona in 1997 seeing the tremendous opportunities there. Within weeks of relocating to Scottsdale he received his Arizona real estate license and decided his greatest talent is locating the best properties. Scott is 35 and lives in Scottsdale.
